Absolutely. We take security and privacy very seriously:
- Bank-level encryption (AES-256) for all data at rest and in transit
- Secure authentication via Supabase with JWT tokens
- No data selling - we never share your personal information with third parties
- HTTPS everywhere - all connections are encrypted
- Regular security audits and vulnerability scanning
We store only the minimum data necessary to provide the service:
- Your email and authentication credentials (hashed)
- Watchlist preferences and chat history
- Alert settings and notification preferences

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees.
When you cancel:
- You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Your data will be preserved for 30 days in case you change your mind
- You can reactivate anytime without losing your watchlist or chat history
- You can export your data before canceling
Cancellations can be done instantly from your account settings - no need to contact support.
Currently, FinVI is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA) which works seamlessly on both iOS and Android devices.
